2. Two bedroom unit: 1 only

1 bedroom units: Market rent price ranges from $850.00 / month on a minimum 6 months lease. Approx. 680 sqft.

2 bedroom units: Market rent price ranges from $975.00 / month on a minimum 6 months lease. Approx. 880 sqft.

Units are newly renovated with laminate flooring. Please note that there is a minimum 6 months lease. The units include heat, hot water, sewer & 1 parking stall outside [vehicle has to be registered and fully insured under tenant’s name]. If you require a second parking spot, it is for only $10/month depending on availability of parking stall.

We are pet friendly: Cats & Dogs are welcome & 2 pets maximum per dwelling. Note that there is a $200 pet deposit for both pets. *Maximum 40lbs weight limit for both pets and as for Dogs note that there is a breed approved list as well.

Laundry services: As for Laundry: there is 6 coin operated laundry rooms with 2 on each floor with 12 dryers and washers total in number in the building.

Location: we are centralized east of Abbotsford. We are approximately 5 minutes' drive to University of Fraser Valley, Abbotsford General Hospital, Walmart, Costco, Grocery shops, parks, café, and just 2 minutes from Alexander Elementary school.

To further assist you please find attached application form and enclose recent pay stubs information for last 3 months, employment information and a money order for $ 200 as application charges, please note that application fee would be adjusted against security once the application is approved.
